By purchasing a product or service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by PI Creative Art.
1.1 Supplied Artwork, Digital Files, Negatives & Transparencies.
For the purposes of the following statement, the term "file" refers to any artwork, digital file, print, negative or transparency supplied. Files uploaded for the purpose of reproduction must be at 300dpi. The file will be validated by our art department for production of a quality end product. Should the quality of output (at our sole discretion) be compromised by the quality of the supplied file you will be required to sign an acceptance form indemnifying us of responsibility should you still desire the file to be used for reproduction. If you are contacted in this regard and accept our terms of engagement, we will do our best to provide a quality reproduction but will not assume any responsibility for the end product.
PI Creative Art will print as per the files supplied, unless otherwise requested.
1.2 Copyright
Orders are accepted by PI Creative Art on the basis that the Customer accepts the complete terms of business listed here within. These Terms and Conditions of Business constitute the entirety of the contract between PI Creative Art and the Customer. No variation of or addition to the same shall be accepted unless agreed in writing and signed by a Director of PI Creative Art.
(i) By uploading a file and placing an order for reproduction(s), the Customer warrants to PI Creative Art that either the Customer owns the relevant copyright or has the copyright owner’s authority to commission PI Creative Art to fulfil the order. PI Creative Art reserves the right at any time to confirm any such authority direct with the copyright owner. The Customer hereby agrees to indemnify PI Creative Art and all/any agents, management, partners or owners against all costs, claims and demands howsoever or whatsoever arising in respect of verification of copyright authority or any alleged breach of copyright by PI Creative Art.
1.3 Limitation of liability
Neither PI Creative Art, its Proprietors nor Content providers will be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising from or in connection with the use of their service guide or web site. Images sent to PI Creative Art are solely and without exception the sole responsibility of the person sending pictures to ensure that they have permission from the copyright owner to use or to submit the image to PI Creative Art for reproduction. By submitting a “file” to PI Creative Art, the sender warrants that :
i) it is the submitter’s original work or that the submitter has the written permission of the copyright owner and that the submitter has the full legal right to make it available to PI Creative Art for all the purposes specified above;
ii) it does not infringe any law; and
iii) the submitter fully indemnifies PI Creative Art against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of a breach of the above warranty; and
iv) you waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the site and the purposes specified above.
1.4 Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for filling out the required information completely and accurately. Extra care should be taken and very specific instructions listed when giving special instructions. PI Creative Art is not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect customer instructions.
1.5 Right to Refuse
PI Creative Art reserves the right to refuse work for any reason whatsoever without explanation. This may include but is not limited to: poor quality, immoral or illegal imagery.
1.6 Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website/ service guide at any time. We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to you at our sole discretion.
1.7 Prices
PI Creative Art reserves the right to alter pricing on of any product advertised without notice. All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
1.8 Payment Terms
Prepayment by VISA or MasterCard is required prior to commencement of any production whatsoever. Invoices with payment terms are restricted to those customers who have current and good standing payment terms and credit with PI Creative Art. Rights of use remain with PI Creative Art until account is cleared.
1.9 Total Costs
The total cost of an order must include the price of products ordered, all shipping/delivery charges plus any applicable customs, duty or taxes costs deemed by PI Creative Art as required.
2.0 Cancellations
A request may be cancelled after work has been commenced provided all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation are paid in full.
2.1 The Completed Work
PI Creative Art will do their best to give you a product as close to your request as possible. Our discretion is final. Any complaint regarding a print must be logged with PI Creative Art within 48 hours of accepting delivery and it is at the discretion of PI Creative Art to name compensatory terms where PI Creative Art feels that it is applicable. PI Creative Art is not liable for any deviation in quality or consistency of printed images and media.
2.2 Delivery
We will do our best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. PI Creative Art does not have any control nor honors guarantees of shipping days in transit. PI Creative Art will not be liable for any consequential loss based on shipment delays. Please ensure that you check the exterior of the delivered packaging before signing for it. PI Creative Art will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless these are brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in satisfactory condition.
2.3 Loss or Damage
PI Creative Art shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and which you have paid or agreed to pay.
2.4 Guarantee
This guarantee entitles you to a replacement product should it display a fault. Please note that the PI Creative Art guarantee does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear or the work being subjected to anything unusual. All works must be kept in a dry cool ventilated place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures and extreme environments.
Although manufacturers of canvas and inks used by PI Creative Art claim up to 80 years color quality PI Creative Art cannot guarantee this claim. The final say with regards to the validity of your guarantee lies completely with PI Creative Art.

Our Privacy Statement exists to ensure your security and confidence in our integrity and business practices.
